Kiril and Methodyi\u00bb&nbsp; Bulgarian Sunday school<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hellenic-Bulgarian Cultural Association \u00abPaisyi Hilendarski\u00bb&nbsp; &#8211; \u00abPaisyi Hilendarski\u00bb Bulgarian Sunday school&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>IN COOPERATION WITH:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hellenic-Bulgarian Cultural Association \u00abNashentsi\u00bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00abNov jivets\u00bb Cultural Association to Hellenic-Bulgarian Cultural Association \u00abPaisiy Hilendarski\u00bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hellenic-Bulgarian Cultural Association \u00abTrakia\u00bb&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The hall at Studio New Star Art Cinema in the center of Athens was filled with Bulgarian children from the three schools in Athens. Unexpected and emotional celebration for both children and parents as well as all the guests. The students participated by performing poems dedicated to hierodeacon Ignatiy \u2013 Vasil Levski as well as drawing exposed and evaluated at the lobby of the cinema by a special jury.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The topic of the presentation \u201cBalkan and European Dimentions of Levski\u2019s Ideas and His Role for the Liberation of Bulgaria\u201d, presented by Prof. Plamen Pavlov, President of \u201cVasil Levski\u201d Foundation and lecturer at the University of Veliko Tarnovo, was felt like a precious award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program continued with a memorial service for hierodeacon Ignatiy \u2013 Vasil Levski at \u201cSt. Venerable Ioan Rilski Thaumatourge\u201d Bulgarian Church in Athens on 17 February 2019.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before the memorial at the Bulgarian Embassy in Athens a tribute was paid in honor of the hero, followed by a short program from the students from the Bulgarian Sunday schools in Athens.
